Regularly scheduled activities and programs:

  • Nutrition education, nutritiously balanced meals for those in need who qualify

  • Cooling/Heating center M-F, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Bingo as scheduled by sponsors-See FB Calendar

  • Free monthly blood pressure & blood sugar checks

  • Hearing screening as scheduled

  • Free chair exercise on M & TH at 9:30a.m.

  • Monthly menu and activity newsletter -See FB page

  • Crafts/Sewing Class/Entertainment as scheduled

  • Fundraisers throughout the year

  • Resource assistance, providing those in need with medical adaptive equipment

  • Free library and puzzle swap

  • Piano available

  • Boutique

Our mission at Aging Matters is to develop a coordinated delivery system of services to assist and enable older Missourians to remain in their own homes as long as possible and enhance the quality of life for all older Missourians.
